COVID-19 training | Back to basics
A training session early in the morning is worth 6 times more than a training session in the evening. The body is still ‘warming up’, the air is cooler and you are working against higher resistance both in the mind and within the body.
Any place will do. Your garden, your driveway, a small field nearby, a covered square, your garage. Training in solitude provokes reflection: am I doing the right thing, is this good enough, how can I improve, would my technique really work, is this bunkai realistic, does my kata need some more edge?
